Based on specific customer needs and requirements, IVN can provide a variety of live video avatar solutions including but not limited to:
Type 1 - Pure 2D video avatar with your face and body image from a single webcam - Suitable for educational, office applications, and possible online gambling as well.
Type2 - Hybrid 3D avatar with a live video image of your face presented on a computer generated avatar body - Suitable for virtual world applications, fantasy, entertainment, and tween applications.
Type 3 - Hybrid 3D avatar with a live video image of your face on your actual rendered body - Suitable for Government simulation and social networking applications.
Type 4 - Pure 3D video avatar with a live 3D video image of your face and body - Suitable for entertainment applications.
Video 1 shows captured video from an actual session (without navigation) in a low resolution environment from our test bed. This video illustrates a 2D video avatar from a single webcam without full body capture i.e. a Type 1 Silhouette avatar.
Video 2 is a produced video by Digital Natives demonstrating an e-learning simulation (with navigation). This video illustrates a full body 2D video avatar (i.e. Type 1 avatar).
